Great Annapolis Restaurants

The Shoreline Restaurant in Digby, Nova Scotia.

There are many great Annapolis Restaurants to be found. If you are looking for great seafood, or that special truly Nova Scotian dish, you will find it in the Annapolis Valley, NS.

Of course we also serve all your favorite Canadian dishes, but we specialize in our seafood. After all we are home to the World Famous Digby Scallops! Plus we have the best tasting lobster you'll find, and our clams, well you will just have to try them!

Let's face it, if you are coming to the Annapolis Valley you will have to have seafood for at least one meal! And if you have it early in your trip I just know you will be back for more!

So the food is great, but what about the service in the restaurants? Well, we have been called the friendliest people around, and that includes our cooks and waitresses. I think most will agree that our public service people are very friendly and helpful. It is a requirement for most of the jobs.

The atmosphere in most of our restaurants is very unique also. Whether you are looking for a small quiet cafe or a big fancy restaurant, we have something available.

Of course we have most of your favorite fast-food / take-out places also, but they are about the same everywhere you go. I want to tell you about those special gems that are unique to our area.

We also have several community suppers and meals happening all year round that I know you would enjoy. These are usually fund-raisers for our many community churches and organizations and are held yearly. They are all home cooked meals prepared by the ladies of the communities. If you want a really great home cooked meal try Annapolis Dinners In The Valley

On this page I am going to tell you about a few of my favorite Annapolis Restaurants, but I would also like to hear about yours to! Not everyone has the same taste so it is always good to hear different opinions.

If you would like to tell everyone about your favorite Annapolis Restaurant or share your experience, in one of our places to eat, good or bad, just click here to go to a spot where you can write your story. You will also find it at the bottom of this page.

Leo's Cafe is located in the historic Adam's/Ritchie building in Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia.

Restaurants in the Annapolis Valley

Here in the Annapolis Valley we have so many restaurants for you to choose from. There are way too many to list them all on one page, so I have divided them up into three pages. One for each county Kings, Annapolis and Digby.

On these pages I have used TripAdvisor to help me make up the list of restaurants. I have divided them up into the towns and communities where they are found. Then I added in the TripAdvisor rankings for each one, both the local ranking plus how they rank over all the restaurants in Nova Scotia. I wasn't surprised but do you realize we have some of the best restaurants in all of Nova Scotia right here in the Annapolis Valley!

When you find a restaurant or cafe that interest you but you want more information about it then it is simple. Just click on the TripAdvisor link and you will be taken to their page on this restaurant. This page is full of information about the eatery plus comments that other people have written about their experiences eating there. The best publicity is by word of mouth and this is your chance to read what other people think of the restaurant.

So to find a complete list of all of the fine restaurants, cafes and fast food places just click on the county you are interested in:

I will try to keep this list updated each year as not only is there new Annapolis Restaurants being added, the rankings change each year.
