Each of our many golf courses are unique with their own special features. Some have been designed by world class course designers and are home to both Provincial and National tournaments. Even though they are all still well in reach for the recreational golfer to enjoy.
You may want to bring along your camera in your golf bag as all of our courses provide you with spectacular scenery of our great valley, rivers and mountains for your pleasure. After your game make sure to stop into the Club House where you may sit and relax, have a drink or try one of their delicious meals.

This is a 9 hole, par 3, 1445 yds course located on 20 acres of land in South Farmington. One local newspaper called it a hidden jem in one of their reviews. Do not let the small size fool you it can be a challenging little course with two of its holes bordering along the Annapolis River. The course includes 3 par 4 holes including one with a 120 degree dogleg to tempt you to try to eagle on.
The course is located at 9725 Hwy #201 between Greenwood and Middleton and is open from April 1 until October 1. There is a $10 flat fee you just drop in the jar on the counter, no tee times required. For more information call (902) 824 0363 .
Located only a few minutes from the historic town of Annapolis Royal, this 18 hole, par 70 course offers a perfect test for members and visitors alike. The course was originally founded in 1925 and was extended in 1992 and now sits on approximately 150 acres of land. You will find a combination of forest-fringed fairways, rolling hills, natural water hazards and tricky approach shots. Be prepared to enjoy beautiful views of the Annapolis Basin.
Course particulars: 18 hole; Par 70; 5300 yds; Rating 67.1; slope 117. Also offered here is a separate fully-stocked Pro Shop with changing facilities, cart & club rentals; fully licensed "The 19th Hole" restaurant offering home-cooked English cuisine; and an on-site swimming pool.

This newer of our golf courses was built in 1972 to replace one of our oldest golf courses in Windsor. The old one was built in 1903 on 25 acres next to Fort Edward. But when the new one was finished the buildings were removed and the land passed back over to Parks Canada.
The new course is built on 180 acres on the old Payzant/Aylward properties in Falmouth Valley. This golf course started off with hardships as the club house was burned down by arsonist the year after it was opened. But the membership quickly came together and rebuilt. Today this is recognized as one of the finest golf courses in the province. Several Provincial Championships including the NSGA Senior 4 Ball Amateur have been played on this course.
The course is a 18 hole; Par 71/73; 5948 yd; Rating 68.9; with a slope of 121. It is known for its hilly terrain, prevailing winds and small greens. Also provided is a canteen, bar, Pro Shop, Practice Putting Green, Driving Mats/Nets, plus rentals of power carts, pull carts and clubs.

This is a true treasure among our many golf courses offering a refreshing break that plays well and has many camera-worthy views around the course. They also boast a fully automated fairway irrigation system keeping the whole course in great shape all season long. The course offers 3 sets of bent grass tees; large undulating greens and dwarf bluegrass fairways. You will be playing on 5 open rolling hills holes and 13 scenic holes through the woods with water in play on 14 holes. This is an 18 hole; Par 72; 6464 yds; Rating 68.3(M) & 65.7(L); Slope 122(M) & 117(L) course.
Their large modern Clubhouse offers a magnificent view of the course, valley and South Mountain. They have a fully stocked Pro Shop with courteous staff to help with all your golfing needs. You may rent golf carts, pull carts and clubs here. The restaurant offers both full meals and that quick snack before play. The Range features large bent grass tee & target greens, large putting & chipping greens and a practice bunker.

The Digby Pines Golf Course is one of Canada's finest golf courses. This course was designed by Stanley Thompson, the famous Canadian architect who was responsible for such first class courses as Banff Springs, Jasper Park and the Highlands Links in Cape Breton. This 18 hole course is very picturesque as it passes through the pine trees around and over a winding brook which widens into ponds on holes 2 & 15. The course is 18 holes; Par 71; 6283 yds; Slope 127; and is Rated 7.70 among the top courses in the Province.
They offer an excellent Juniors Program; 1 Grass Hitting Station; 3 Mat Hitting Stations; 1 Target Green; 1 Practice Green; Putting Course; Short Game area and private teaching. Power Cars and Club Rentals available with Private Car Trail Pass; Locker Rentals and Club Storage and Cleaning also available. Make sure to check out their fully stocked Pro Shop while there and the 19th Hole Clubhouse & Eatery.

Located in the famous eagle watch area this one of the Annapolis Valley golf courses got its name from the many eagles spotted along the course. It was originally opened as a 9 hole course in 1994 and expanded to an 18 hole course after they obtained the former property of Dr. Clarence Goss, a prior Lieutenant Governor of NS in 1999. For anyone who played this course in the past you will not recognize it as the same course today. You will play in and out of the woods, across rolling hills, along and sometimes over water that seems to attract lots of wildlife. The stats for this beautiful course are: 18 holes; Par 72; 6288 yds; Rating 69.0; and Slope 123.
You may enjoy beautiful panoramic views of both the North and South Mountains from the wrap around deck on the new Clubhouse. The Pro Shop is fully stocked and their friendly staff will gladly help you rent golf carts and clubs, or storage for your clubs. They have a Driving Range and Putting Greens which have coin operated ball dispenser located outside for your convenience during the off season. The restaurant seats 75 people and offers a variety of deep fried favourites and healthy snacks.

Long known as the best 9 hole golf course in Nova Scotia the Eden Golf & Country Club is now just as good as a 18 hole golf course. This course was first founded by Judge K.L. Crowell in 1941 and expanded in 1997 when it acquired the land situated beside it. Today it is still ranked as one of the most challenging and enjoyable courses in Nova Scotia.
The course particulars are: 18 holes; Par 72; 6037 yds; Rating 69.5 and Slope 121. The course is nestled among majestic pines, it has narrow fairways and small difficult-to-read greens. There are several water hazards, sand bunkers and dog-legged fairways to add to your challenge. You will find a fully stocked Pro Shop there where you may rent new Yamaha Golf Carts, pull carts and clubs. The Clubhouse features friendly staff, great meals and a full menu for your pleasure. The course also offers a driving range and a putting green.

The Island Green Golf Club is a new golf facility which offers Family golf, Relaxing golf while still offering Challenging golf. The course offers great views of the Annapolis Valley for your enjoyment. They have Power Carts, Pull Carts and Club rentals for your convenience. If you feel you need a little practice you are welcome to use their Driving Range with Grass Tees and Golf Tower with 3 Sheltered Mats or the Practice Bunker. This is an Executive 9 hole course; Par 62(M) & 66(L); 4182 yds.

The Ken-Wo Golf Club was founded in 1921 and has played host to four National Championships as well as several Provincial Championships. It is one of the oldest clubs in the province and plays host to the Apple Blossom Tournament held early in the season. The course offers both challenging and enjoyable golf with its tree-lined fairways and tricky greens.
Course particulars are: 18 hole; Par 70; 6300 yds; Rating of 70.1 and a Slope of 130. There is a fully stocked Pro Shop, 3 practice Putting & Chipping Greens, a Driving Range, Power and Pull Cart & Club rentals. This is a semi-private golf course offering 18 of the finest holes in the Annapolis Valley. The course offers a real mixture of tree-lined fairways with tight greens as well as wide open fairways with accommodating greens. To add more challenge to your game you will find several water hazards and sand traps throughout the course. Course particulars are: 18 holes; Par 72; 6141 yds; Rating 69.0 and slope of 120. A common misconception of the 14 Wing Greenwood Golf Club is that their course isn't open to the public - nothing could be further from truth! The course was started in 1959 to provide more social and recreational opportunities to the serving military and their families. Today they are an affordable and beautiful full service 18 hole golf course, even considered by some as the best course in the Annapolis Valley. They offer a picturesque and scenic golf course, affordable rates, a 300 yard driving range, full kitchen and Bar Beverage cart and friendly staff. Course stats are: 18 hole; Par 72; 6094 yds; Rating 69.9 & Slope 122.

To be honest golf is something I have never tried but many of my family love it. My dad played and was a member of the Annapolis Royal Golf & Country Club for years. Maybe some day I will have to give golf a fair try, I know my sister wants to try it.
