Middleton Self Guided Tour
The Middleton Self Guided Tour will guide you through the streets of Middleton, Nova Scotia pointing out several buildings and sites of interest. Drop by either the Tourist Information Center or the Needs Store in Middleton and pick up a brochure for this self guided walking tour of Middleton. The brochure and map will not only show you the route but will give you a lot of information about the sites you will be seeing. The tour will take you about 2.5 hours to complete its 5.8 km long loop.

The Macdonald Museum, Middleton, Nova Scotia It begins at the Holy Trinity Church at the western end of town and continues through many of Middleton's streets and ending at the Rotary Raceway Park. The pamphlet and map will inform you of the history of the buildings and landmarks found in Middleton.     You will be guided by many churches; the first cottage hospital in Middleton; the MacDonald Museum; Victorian, Greek and Gothic Revival homes; the old train station and a clock tower. Near dusk you will see the chimney swifts as they leave the high school chimney.
