Upper Clements Trails Hiking & Cross Country Skiing
The Upper Clements Trails are located in the former Upper Clements Wildlife Park. They provide some wonderful trails for the hikers or cross-country skiers. The gravel trails are 10 km in total length on land that is leased from the Province of Nova Scotia. All their trails are very well marked and easy to follow. They are also groomed for cross country skiing in the winter. The trails will follow Ryerson brook, pass by an historic Mill site, (circa 1802), travel though some majestic hardwoods and past a beaver meadow. There are picnic areas along the trails.     DirectionsThe trails are located in the former Wildlife Park which is located on highway #1 - 6 km west of Annapolis Royal. They are located directly across from the Upper Clements Park.
